Senior Legislative Deputy
As Senior Legislative Deputy for Councilmember Lee, Josh covers policy initiatives that include economic development, the environment, housing, and land use. Josh staffs the Councilmember on the Council floor, as well as on the Planning and Land Use Management Committee.
Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public policy and economics from the University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining the CD12 team, Josh worked at a prominent public affairs firm, but as a native of the Twelfth District, he is proud to serve the community that raised him. When Josh isn’t at City Hall, you can find him catching a Dodgers game with his dad, Steve, or hiking the beautiful trails around Los Angeles.
